THE FULL STORY
I started off with my successful construction company, which does all sorts of different home improvements, internal and external. Verdi Home Improvements continues to operate and often works on projects I’m developing.
It was this construction business which sparked my passion for property, I saw the result of our work and how much value we were adding - both aesthetically & financially.
With a keen interest in developing my career and the wider business I made the decision to invest in myself and spend time and money on learning the different strategies - how and when to invest in property.
The training attracted a range of people; those who had worked and saved to invest, some with inheritance and the rich and famous.
During the training I made the leap and did my first deal.
We now manage £56 million worth of properties, as well as project managing large refurbishments and finding high return on investment deals.
Building a team around me has led to us developing great contacts within the property industry from estate agents to auctioneers - it’s this which enables us to find you the best deal!
